Questions move onto what Rare is currently doing, planning and what upcoming things might happen. Then move back to the acquisition with answers from Ed Fries. Questions move back to what 8 bit IP they own, and if they'll miss Nintendo. Then onto how the Xbox is to develop for, and what Rare decides to develop, and then onto how Rare develops games. Ed then talks about Live and the problems getting EA on it.
Footage includes some from X02 in Spain where it was announced Rare was acquired by Microsoft, and footage from several Rare games. There is an additional promotion video with some of Rare's characters doing a short sketch around the Xbox logo transforming it into a Rare one, to signify Microsoft acquiring them.
Note that the odd color corrects itself around 11 minutes.
